  • Are Your Fragrances Authentic?

    All designer fragrances are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and decanted directly from the original manufacturer's bottle. We take authenticity very seriously and have specialized decanting equipment to ensure the strength and originality is not lost in the rebottling process. We do not compromise, change or alter the fragrance's original state in any way.

    LamasPerfume.com is a wholly independent and separate entity from the manufacturers and brand owners of the designer fragrances we offer. LamasPerfume.com asserts that the contents are genuine product
    independently rebottled and repackaged by LamasPerfume.com, Dearborn, MI 4812. LamasPerfume.com is not associated in any way with the brand, designer or designer's manufacturer, and we have no contract or agreement authorizing us to rebottle or repackage the fragrance.

  • What Is A Decant?

    Similar to wine decanting, a fragrance decant is simply transferring the fragrance from the original designer bottle to another container. In this case, smaller glass spray vials such as 1ml, 3ml and 5ml.

  • What Sizes Do You Offer?

    All of our fragrances are sold in 1ml, 3ml and 5ml vial sprayers. The 5ml comes in our nicer travel atomizer. We also sell the original boxed retail bottle on most fragrances.

  • How Long Does A Sample Last?

    It depends on the fragrance sample size you purchase, but here is a guideline as to what to expect with each sample size we carry:

    • 1ml = approx. 15 sprays
    • 3ml = approx. 45 sprays
    • 5ml = approx. 75 sprays

  • What Are The Fragrance Concentrations?

    The concentration of the fragrance is determined by the original designer's manufacturer. Here are the fragrance abbreviations we use on our site. Concentrations are listed from the strongest to weakest:
    Parfum - Pure Parfum
    EDP - Eau de Parfum
    PDT - Parfum de Toilette (same as EDP)
    EDT - Eau de Toilette
    COL - Cologne
    EDC - Eau de Cologne

  • Are The Samples Labeled?

    Yes, you will find a label on each vial (placed on front) and travel atomizer (placed on bottom) with the fragrance name so you can easily identify each sample you receive. If for some reason, yours is missing please contact customer service and we can arrange a new label for you.

  • How Much Is Shipping?

  • When Will My Order Arrive?

    Processing Time: Orders received are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan.

    Delivery Estimates:Most parcels are delivered within the United States in 4-8 working days from the date shipped . If you do not receive your order within that time-frame, please send an email to customer service.

  • How Do I Track My Order?

    You will receive an email when your order ships with the relevant tracking information provided.

  • I Have Not Received My Order?

    If you have not received your order in the recommended time-frame (3-8 working days from the date shipped. Please use the Contact Us form and reach out with your order number.

  • What Countries Do You Ship To?

    We current offer shipping to the USA only.
